Social workers, lawyers, artists, doctors, nurses, designers, engineers, business owners, caregivers, executive directors, etc.:

You chose a career of service because you love people, but you are burnt out. Your cup never seems to be full or stay full for long, and you find yourself always fulfilling others’ needs, before your own.

You are over functioning and exhausted. You believe you have to work to the bone to earn your worth.

As much as you are afraid to change, you want more for yourself. You know that if you didn’t have to settle, you’d want it all: a meaningful career that lights you up, pays well, honors your boundaries, and empowers you to have everything else you desire in life.

It is my fundamental belief that when we aren’t afraid to grieve, we aren’t afraid to fully live. As a coach, I provide a safe, powerful space for a client to become undone, build a trusting relationship with their grief, and a new normal.

Grief coaching is effective for those who are grieving from a loss, multiple losses, or going through a life threatening illness and want to still accomplish certain goals (ex. repairing relationships, launching a creative project, rebuilding their spirituality).

Through this form of support, clients have walked away trusting of their emotions and the full range of their life. Grief is not just pain and sorrow, it is the birthplace to loving deeper and living more intentionally.

To grieve well is a sacred art.
